We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If the return is due to our error — a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Opened craft kits, cut fabric or ribbon, and any item marked as final sale can't be returned, for hygiene and resale reasons.
